You can return unused, resellable items within the stated return period on the site.

Custom-made, altered or made-to-measure items may not be returnable.

Send us photos and your order number — we’ll arrange a replacement or solution.

Usually you return the item first, then place a new order. If stock is low, we can hold it for you.

Take photos right away and contact us. If the box is visibly damaged, report it to the carrier on delivery.
