Check the circumference of your dress hem (widest part) and select a petticoat with a similar or slightly smaller circumference for fullness. Most one-size petticoats fit up to 36 inch waists, but custom options are available for larger sizes.

Hand wash or machine wash at low temperatures (below 30°C), steam iron as needed, and tumble dry with low heat. Always check the care instructions for your specific product

Yes — hoop and multi-layer models are made to support fuller skirts. Choose a stronger model for layered/tulle/quinceañera dresses.

You can fold the hoop petticoats back into a circle and keep them in a bag. Soft/tulle petticoats should be stored hanging or laid flat so they don’t get crushed.

Absolutely. Many customers use Bridal Port petticoats for quinceañera, prom and even historical/cosplay dresses.

That’s normal. Hang it up for a bit or steam on low (not too close) and it will open up.

You can use artificial/silk flowers very easily. Fresh flowers can also be used, but we recommend adding floral foam or taping the stems so they stay in place — especially for long events.

Most of our bouquet holders are lightweight and made to be carried in one hand. If you add very dense/artificial flowers, the weight will increase — so balance it while arranging.

Yes, decorative parts are fixed before shipping. If a piece is damaged in transit, send us a photo the same day and we’ll help with a solution.

Many of our bouquet holders are hand-finished — the decorative parts (pearls, crystals, flowers, ribbons) are placed by hand to make sure they look neat and secure. Because of this, tiny variations between pieces are normal, but the overall design will match the photos.

Hair pins & combs: Smaller pieces that slide into an updo, bun or braid to add detail. Headpiece: A flexible piece that can be placed on the side, back or top of the hair to frame the style.

For updos/buns → hair combs, pins and side headpieces stay best. For loose or wavy hair → tiaras and headbands are the easiest to wear. For half-up styles → a small comb or a set of decorative pins looks beautiful.

Yes. Most of our pieces have small combs or loops that can be secured with bobby pins. For very fine hair, ask your hairstylist to pin it in.

Are the accessories handmade?

Our accessories are lightweight, but for weddings and dancing we always recommend fixing them with a couple of extra pins. Your stylist can secure it in seconds.

We use plated metal, faux pearls, crystals and fabric/flower details. To keep the shine, avoid spraying perfume or hair spray directly on the accessory.

Yes — most pieces come in bridal tones (gold, silver, ivory) so you can coordinate with veils, belts or earrings. Send us your dress/veil photo and we’ll suggest a matching piece.

Price mainly depends on the materials and the amount of handwork. Designs with more crystals/pearls, metal wiring, or custom coloring take longer to make and cost more.

Each piece is checked before shipping. In normal use they shouldn’t fall off. If something was damaged in transit, send us a photo the same day and we’ll help.

Yes. First place your tiara/headpiece, then slide the veil comb behind it. This way it sits neatly and doesn’t push the tiara forward.

Most veils are very lightweight. Beaded or lace-edged veils are slightly heavier, so we recommend fixing the comb well (your stylist can add 1–2 pins).

Yes — we use bridal tulle that is soft and sheer, so your dress details still show in photos.

Hang it up after delivery so the wrinkles fall out. For stubborn creases, steam on low from a distance. Don’t iron directly.
